  1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled as processing and production begin immediately.

  2. Custom & Bulk Order Cancellations

  • Custom and bulk orders require a non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours of placing a custom or bulk order may receive a partial refund (minus the deposit).
  • After 48 hours, no cancellations or refunds will be issued.

  3. Event-Based Orders

  • Orders placed for events (wedding favors, vendor events, corporate gifts) are non-refundable after payment.
  • If an event is canceled, we may offer store credit on a case-by-case basis.

  4. Subscription or Pre-Order Cancellations

  • If you have a subscription or pre-order with us, cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
  • Pre-orders are final once the order processing begins.
